This booklet was created for Michigan State University's College of Nursing Scholarship and Awards Ceremony. The entire booklet is twenty pages containing all scholarship descriptions and award winners, as well as faculty and staff awards. Invitations and RSVP's were mailed to both faculty and students to attend the event.

**2015 Gold Addy Winner**

This non-profit poster project was created to exemplify the harmful effects of human consumption on the environment in connection to animals. 

The design was created for Sparrow Hospital's 2014 Annual Report website. The entire project was created with direct communication with Sparrow Hospital's president, board members, editors, communication team, copywriters, and coding team. Entire design and theme was created by Shayna Gross. 

Sparrow Nurses Annual Report was created in combination with Sparrow Hospital's Annual Report. This report continued the style of the hospital's annual report but was converted to a PDF for nurses and others to download and print.

This campaign ran during the nationally recognized "Nurses Week" in 2015. It consisted of social media material, mailers, email blasts, nurse participation, stickers, ect. Because of the success of the campaign, the Michigan State University College of Nursing website gained social media followers and more interest into our nursing degrees.

This project was a design proposal for a new product; fruit wine. The client requested a brand strategy, a logo design, and a brand standards booklet. After the logo was built, we created an Advertising and Communications strategy which included SWOT analysis, primary and secondary research, label and website design, social media posts, outdoor advertising strategies, TV spot collaboration, direct mail design, and a media plan.

These designs were created for an event by the AAF/Mid-Michigan Creative Alliance. The Studio Crawl event allowed young professionals to meet with an experienced network in the creative field. Due to the promotional material and the advertising, it became the most attended event the organization had ever had. Material includes passports, posters, eventbrite design, web, and social media.

These infographic spreads were created to portray information about for two stories; Smartwatches, and millennials and voting. Each spread shows a different design style, color, and graphics, creating a different feel for the reader, yet keeping with a simplistic representation of information.

These email designs were created for a medical resource website for coders and physicians. The initial designs were first created in Photoshop and then converted into HTML. Because these designs were also needed as templates for further emails, they were edited in Eloqua email software. Because of the template designs, the site has seen an uptick in traffic.

This digital flyer was create for the University of Maryland Police Department to explain ‘Hate Crimes and Hate Bias Incidents’ to the community.

The Michigan State College of Nursing brand previously had a heavy green color weighing down the design of the eNews. I took part in redesigning the College of Nursing's eNews to create a lighter and more image heavy design promoting more click through's to stories and news. Since the new design, the College of Nursing has had more traffic to their website.

This design was created for Dart Bank's 2015 Annual Report. During this year, the bank rebranding it's image and opened other branches in the area. With their new logo and the theme of 'growth,' we built on the idea and used a clean nature theme in combination with their new branding.

Posters and brochures were created in competition for the annual MLK Celebration at Michigan State University. The illustrations were created in Adobe Illustrator of Michigan State students in varying majors and ethnicities.

This brochure was redesigned for Michigan State University's College of Nursing graduation ceremony. The new graduation brochure shows a sleeker and lighter design, allowing for better eye-flow and quicker understanding of information.

The design was created for DecisionHealth's National Provider Enrollment Workshop Conference. For this project, I designed the layout, color theme, illustrations/icons, photo picks, ect. The project was then given to our web developer to code and then given back to me to update with information and content. Over the period of creating this website, I updated art, content, and layout as more information came in. Entire design was created by Shayna Gross.

This booklet was created for DecisionHealth's Patient Advocate Conference. This eight page booklet was mailed to potential conference attendees and contained information on the conference topics and breakout sessions. Previously these booklets would organize the information according to time and events. In this new layout, the focus shifts onto the conference topics and speeches instead of listing event times.
